Booking Procedure

In order to ensure that you have suitable accommodation available for your pet, we would advice that you make prior bookings. Bookings can be made by telephone, fax, e-mail or in person. You are advised to make holiday bookings well in advance to avoid dissapoinment. We require a full payment on the day of board.

Mission

To ensure the optimal physical and mental well-being of our boarders in a secure environment by applying professional and scientifically based animal management principles. We will provide our clients with peace of mind that their pets are well cared for in their absence.

Special needs

If a particular animal requires special attention, e.g. high levels of anxiety or a diabetic etc, we do our best to accomodate this.

We therefore urge clients to inform us of any particular needs their pets may have (even if it may seem silly or embarrasing - we want to know as much as possible about our boarders!).

Fussy eaters and pets that are boarded for an extended period are weighed to assist with monitoring.

If your pets suffer(s) from separation anxiety, please notify us well in advance so that we can advise you on the cause of action before coming.

Bathing & Grooming

Both cats and dogs are brushed daily. Dogs are bathed prior to departure, and at least once a week. We have a well-equipped grooming facility with qualified staff. Hydrobath and massage are available for clients who want the service.

Although our facility runs 24 hours, check-in & out hours are:

9.00am - 9.00pm

Saturdays
9.00am - 6.00pm

Sundays & Public Holidays
9.00am - 6.00pm
